Colorado based prog-metallers Dreadnought will be releasing their second album ‘Bridging Realms’ this August, and they’ve joined forces with Terrorizer to bring you an exclusive glimpse of new song ‘Transpiration’.

Drawing influences from everything from classic ’70s prog to doom, black metal to Latin jazz and all points in between, it’s hard to know how to classify Dreadnought’s expansive and expressive sound. Taking the melancholy grandeur of bands like Agalloch and combining it with the eccentric and genre defying approach that typified those early British prog rock bands, they’ve arrived at a particularly unique sonic location.

‘Transpiration’ is the first song to be unveiled from their new album ‘Bridging Realms’, and it’s quite an epic indeed. Settle down, hit play below and space out…

‘Bridging Realms’ is due to be released on August 11th via Sailor Records
