Black Breath Drummer Hospitalised After Car Crash
Black Breath drummer Jamie Byrum has just undergone surgery after being hit by a car in his hometown of Seattle.
After breaking his leg in several places as a result of the crash, Jamie was quickly rushed to hospital. Thankfully, it sounds like the percussionist is well on his way to a speedy recovery, as Black Breath posted the following update via their Facebook page earlier today:
Jamie’s surgery on his left leg went well yesterday, and doctors say he is doing better than expected! It sounds like he will be released from the hospital in the next few days depending on his ability to stand up/move around/kick ass. He is in good spirits considering the state of his life at the moment, and was very appreciative of all the love and concern from friends and strangers alike. Thanks to everyone for the support, more news as it comes…
Terrorizer wishes Jamie all the best, and hopes he can get back to full health as soon as possible. In the mean time, let’s send him positive thoughts and crank up some Black Breath until our ears bleed…
