Iceland’s progressive black metal masters Sólstafir’s split with fellow countrymen Legend is available now, and Terrorizer is proud to offer you not only a stream of the entire thing, but also the opportunity to win a physical copy for yourself!

The extremely limited release finds the two bands covering one of each others songs, with Sólstafir turning Legend’s ‘Runaway Train’ into an epic, windswept metal voyage, highlighting singer Addi Tryggvason’s unique vocal talents along the way.

Legend, on the other hand (a band consisting of ex-Minus frontman Krummi Björgvinsson and composer Halldor Björnsson), will transform Sólstafir’s hit ‘Fjara’ into a sumptuously dark, Depeche Mode style electro-pop anthem.

Check it out below…

The 7″ vinyl features an exclusive concept-photo by Icelandic artist Iris Sigurdardottir with the band-members lined up in a black room, side-by-side. The vinyl is limited to 300 copies worldwide, but you’ll have to act quickly if you want to get your hands on one; there are only 37 copies on black vinyl available! Click here to get your grubby little mitts on one of them.

Alternatively, you can have a go at winning one of them, by heading over to the Artoffact Records Facebook page and clicking ‘Like’. The label will then choose a winner, who will be contacted via Facebook. Good luck!

You can find Sólstafir and Legend on Facebook.
