BLACK ANVIL COOK UP A FEAST WITH A NEW TRACK

New York Blackened Thrash trio Black Anvil power themselves to a new level and invite fans to check out their new track entitled ‘The Evil of All Roots’ which is ripped from their sophomore album ‘Triumvirate’ and is uploaded online via Stereogum.com but prior to this the band had uploaded ‘Scalping’ and ‘Dead and Left’ from Triumvirate on their Myspace. ‘Triumvirate’ will officially be born in North America on 28th September and is now readily available for pre-ordering both on CD and gatefold LP editions.

The band itself have only just recently given details for an exclusive record release who in aid of ‘Triumvirate’ on 28th September at the Webster Hall studio in NY. The gig marks the passing of a new monthly metal showcase at the studio at Webster Hall which is to be officially presented by Best Buy, RED Distribution, Revolver Mag, Scion and Gibson Guitars. On a more economically friendly basis, those who did purchase ‘Triumvirate’ at the Best Buy Union Square location or at BestBuy.com will gain free entrance into that evening’s show. Moreover, the band will link up with Swedish Black Metal veterens Watain and American Blackened Death Metallers Goatwhore for a month, touring North America this November. It launches on 6th November in Pittsburgh, PA and finalises at the start of December in Toronto, ON, Canada. A listing of all of the confirmed dates and cities can be found below.
