echelon-600This new track by Echelon ‘The Forbidden Industry’ is taken from the band’s forthcoming new album ‘The Brimstone Aggrandizement’ to be released on 22 December via Transcending Obscurity Records. You can buy ‘The Brimstone Aggrandizement’ here.

Speaking about the track, we were told:

“The subject matter of the song focuses on point four of Anton LaVey’s Pentagonal Revisionism, the development and production of artificial human companions. From the Church of Satan’s homepage, and LaVey himself:

‘The forbidden industry. An economic ‘godsend’ which will allow everyone ‘power’ over someone else. Polite, sophisticated, technologically feasible slavery. And the most profitable industry since T.V. and the computer.’

Major advances in robotics are being made on a daily basis. It is only a matter of time before this becomes a reality and an everyday occurrence in each and every one of our homes, for those that desire it.

It is no secret that David Ingram is a Satanist, and has been a member of the Church of Satan for over 8 years. On April 11th 2016 Ingram was elevated and given the title Warlock in the CoS. Echelon’s lyrics on this album, and the previous debut, adhere to the Satanic philosophy codified a half century ago.”

‘The Brimstone Aggrandizement’ is Echelon’s second full-length release.
