Ukrainian symphonic metallers sound their debut album like an atomic explosion, symphonies flowing like a raging river and although the lyrics are in Ukrainian, the atmosphere is of a folk orientation and of joy, happiness and calmness. With over one hour of Ukrainian symphonies, this release is a sure winner on symphonic metal newcomers. Where numerous bands opt for English, there are few who wish to express their native language, Delia is not one of these bands. The Ukrainian quartet are amongst today’s metal bands that are not taken much notice of, until now. The quartet have taken the Ukrainian metal scene to the next level, forget Drudkh, look at Delia, they have something to say…
