Those crazy Australians ANGELSPIT have us bursting at the seems with news this week.
Firstly the band have announced they will release their new full-length album in October. Described by the band as ''11 New Hymns Celebrating the Occult of the Corporation", 'Hello My Name Is' is due for release via Metropolis on October 11th and will be the bands first release as a 5-piece.
They've also released a new video for 'Like it Lick It', one of the new tracks showcased on the recent 'Carbon Beauty EP'. The video was made entirely using footage filmed by fans at shows, through many of their recent tours.
Finally, having just laid waste to Summer Darkness and played shows in Hungary, Angelspit are on the verge of a tasty looking UK Summer tour, kicking off this Friday in Sheffield.
Co-Founder Zoog Von Rock is said to be "hyped to brutalize the UK and Ireland with our new brand of sonic mayhem."
You can catch the band on the following dates:
August 5th : Sheffield Corporation
August 6th : London Electowerkz
August 9th : Manchester Alter Ego
August 10th : Newcastle Riverside
August 11th : Glasgow Classic Grand
August 12th : Dublin Twisted Pepper
