Murderdolls to reform

I know the Murderdolls are not exactly goth, but this is still cool news (especailly considering my comment in Monday's post). According to The Key Club’s official Twitter account, Joey Jordison (currently with Slipknot) and Wednesday 13 are preparing to reform the Murderdolls after their six year hiatus. This has also been confirmed by the official Roadrunner Records website.

The Murderdolls first show will be at The Key Club on June 17th. At this time it is still unknown who will make up the rest of the band, but it would seem that all is about to be revealed.
Personally, I am hoping that the Murderdolls will have a UK tour as well. Their continuing success in UK certainly suggests that it is viable from a financial perspective, but it all depends on whether the gig bookings can be made. In the meantime, I will leave you with the Murderdolls' excellent Dead in Hollywood.
