From an official press release via Roadrunner Records, it has been revealed that heavy metal vocalists Tim "Ripper" Owens and Toby Jepson are planning to tour around Europe with former DIO bandmembers Rudy Sarzo, Craig Goldy and Scott Warren as Dio Disciples.
According to Ronnie James Dio's widow and manager Wendy, the decision behind this historic reformation comes from a wish to maintain the described Godfather of Metal's legacy:
"There will never be another Ronnie, but we want to keep his music alive and hope you will support the band and become one of the Dio Disciples."
Currently, the tour dates are as scheduled:
