For those unfamiliar of the Turkish Nu Metal/Rap Rock/Anatolian Metal quintet, revitalise your memory by watching this live video here
maNga represented Turkey in the 2010 Eurovision final and finished a respectable second becoming the third Metal band to embrace this colossal event (Lordi and Terasbetoni for Finland and now maNga for Turkey). Their entry 'We Could Be The Same' reached number one at MTV Adria Rock (which broadcasts across Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Albania and across the entire former Yugoslavia countries). It didn't take long for the Turkish quintet to pip fifth place and romp to first, and since they bagged a MTV Europe award and second at the ESC 2010, things are going well for their international appearance. Recently on 8th September, MTV Adria played a show on MTV Express at 8pm (Turkish time) which included three acoustic songs of maNga recorded in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. It was played for the two weeks after then (8th - 22nd) at a number of various times of the day, but the fun doesn't stop there, oh no. 23rd September will see maNga take their place on the Open Air Stage which is live in Tivoli at 9:00.

It is unknown whether in the near future there is a third Turkish album or indeed a first English album, but as Efe Yilmaz stated 'we are not sure yet, we might make an English album, we just aren't sure yet, but we will keep fans informed'. But on their myspace there is written about two new English songs, are we seeing something unfold here? We shall have to see.
All we can say is, maNga are sure to knock Linkin Park for six, prepare for a Turkish blast.
