You have to ask yourself, "what do I want to hear when I arrive bleary eyed at Damnation Festival?"

The answer should be something about as extreme as chinese water torture and packing riffs heavy enough to smash the tits off the statue of liberty!

Look no further because the band that you should be watching opening the Terrorizer stage this year is Plymouth's Ishmael. The sludgey, doom outfit have put in the hard graft and they understand what it means to be a ferocious, cerebral live act.

They aren't for the weak. Are you weak? Then my friend, what are you doing at Damnation fest anyway? Oh...you're not weak. Then what are you doing still reading this? Vote for Ishmael and prepare to be F'd in the A because you like it heavy!
