Witchcraft: “It was about time we went heavier”. Psychedelic doom Swedes return with a beast of an album.

In the lastest issue of Terrorizer, hitting shops tomorrow but available online now, we speak to returning psychedelic doom Swedes Witchcraft about their highly anticipated sophomore album ‘Legend’.

Talking about the five years of silence, frontman Magnus Pelander explains: “It has been years since we recorded the last album so I guess any progression is natural.

“It was about time we went heavier! It was a conscious decision to go with [Jens Bogren] and he was extremely good when it comes to frequencies and mixing, and he made it sound even heavier.”
