Testament: “We’re going to try to make 2012 the Testament year” – Terrorizer

In this month’s brand spanking new issue of Terrorizer with Behemoth frontman Nergal gracing its awesome cover (if we do say so ourselves!), we speak to Testament frontman Chuck Billy about their long-awaited album ‘Dark Roots Of Earth’ and he told us that 2012 is going to be their year.

The burly frontman told Terrorizer he considers this album to be, “definitely one of the strongest that we have ever done.”

“This record is is exactly what Testament should be putting out right now; it’s mature – not old and commercial – it’s got got thrash and melodic songs. A lot of the songs stand alone and have a life of their own.”
