Testament: “If there was the big pentagram of thrash, we’d be a point”

Testament founder and lead guitarist Eric Peterson commented on the “Big Four” recently. Talking to Terrorizer the 47-year-old shredder commented:

“I dunno why there’s a four, why isn’t it a five? It should be a pentagram, metal’s about pentagrams. If it was a pentagram we’d be one of the points, but I suppose we were a day late and a dollar short.”

Testament’s forthcoming album ‘Dark Roots Of Earth’ is due to be released July 27 on Nuclear Blast and believe us, it’s a monster. The band are also due to play Bloodstock Festival in August.
