Dead Can Dance release new album and world tour dates

Australian duo Dead Can Dance are to release their first new material for sixteen years this Summer. The album title has yet to be announced but the dates for their world tour have been released.

The tour starts in Canada on August 9th, the same day the album is due for release, and sees the band visit the US, Europe, Russia, Ireland and one English date on 26th October. This five month tour will be their first since 2005 and some dates have already sold out.

The band formed more than thirty years ago and are renowned for their genre spanning music which combines folk music, chants and art-rock soundscapes.
