DEN SAAKALDTE SIGN TO AGONIA

Norwegian depressive black metal types Den Saakaldte have signed to Agonia Records.

The band, no longer fronted by Shining mainman Niklas Kvarforth, are now joined by Øyvind Hægeland, also of Spiral Architect and Arcturus. The band, who also feature members of 1349 and Dodheimsgard, are preparing for the release of their nezt album ‘Kapittel II:Faen I Helvete’.

The band’s guitarist Sykelig (aka Morfeas of Kenneth Williams’ favourite band Naer Mataron) said, “We are looking forward to start with the recordings and we are even more excited to hear soundscapes, having now Mr Hægeland as frontman. The future looks dark …and quite much pissed off.”
