DOWNLOAD BLOG DAY ONE: ALIVE AND KICKING!

After endless traffic, tent problems (resolved quite impressively, as you can see by the pic), computer issues and one minging pastie, Terrorizer is finally onsite and live at Download – and believe it or not, the sun is out!

Today is, admittedly, something of a metal-light affair, with grotty punk types Oaf, melodic metal maestros Children Of Bodom and the metal Elvis himself, Danzig, the glaring stand-outs on a Friday bill dominated by classic rock, nu metal dinosaurs and, erm, drum ‘n’ bass.

Stay tuned for further updates and pay close attention to our Twitter account throughout the weekend from here on in as we hunt out the quality from the dross – and trust us, we will find it.
